The real estate development arm of the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber, the Industrial Fund’s most well-known success was the Wachovia arena and thus it was selected as the site of the Anniversary Dinner for 800. A cavernous space where guests would be sitting on top of the ice (it was hockey season after all). A place where events occur daily and we would have to set-up and tear down in 24 hours. Piece of cake!
cds creative transformed the Arena floor into a room by hanging 60’ tall drape around the edge of the hockey rink simultaneously improving acoustics and creating a room where one did not exist.
Attendees enjoyed a cocktail hour on the concourse and then followed a red carpet down to the Arena floor where they were greeted by exquisitely decorated tables and 3D displays. The mammoth video screen made it easy for everyone to participate in the program.
