The Energy Industry Partnership is a collaboration of industry leaders with the mission to educate the general public about the energy industry, provide advanced skills training for the current workforce, and attract and retain a new generation of workers to help meet growing industry demands.
The EIP was created by funding from the State of Pennsylvania and has responsibility for a twelve county area. The challenge was to create a credible organization that energy industry leaders would support with their time and resources. A SWOT analysis was completed and recommendations incorporated into the plan of work for the EIP. This included marketing energy industry careers to students, incumbent workers, displaced workers and others.
cds creative developed a logo with the positioning statement of “Powerful Ideas at Work.” This was incorporated into career fair brochures and displays, general public brochures, a website, media releases, student/teacher materials and newsletters.
